The X19 Badger was developed after the 1938 Carnegie Complex Standoff, where striking workers armed with captured equipment and improvised industrial powersuits exposed just how effective hardsuits could be on the battlefield. In response, Marathon Motor Works created the X19 series, and during the Great War the Badger became the most widely produced powered armour suit ever fielded.
Built for front-line combat, Badger hardsuits serve as mobile heavy weapon platforms and armoured support for advancing infantry. Their heavy plating, surprising speed, and raw power make them a serious threat whether deployed individually or massed together in an assault.
