Game Flow & Mechanics

The game plays over escalating levels-12 with two players, 10 with three, and 8 with four-each round dealing one more card per player. Players must silently sense the right moment to play cards in ascending order; a misplay costs a life while a synchronized group discard uses a shuriken token. Successive levels ramp up tension as players strive to complete all levels together without running out of lives.
