Saturday 6th
The initial wave of our pre-order allocation will hit the website at 10am. We will be adding stock throughout the day to manage the load on our web systems and to maximise the availability to customers. So if you miss the first wave, don't worry! Stock will likely be available over the course of the day.
Shipping?
For major launches like Armageddon, DPD is recommended over the default Royal Mail 48 option where possible.
DPD options:
DPD Home Delivery - £7.99
Fully tracked delivery to your door with regular updates and notifications.
DPD Ship-to-Shop - £5.99
A strong option for launch weekends, as your parcel goes to a local collection point and avoids missed deliveries.
DPD Saturday Delivery
Recommended for customers who want the best chance of launch day delivery.
For the smoothest experience, customers should download the DPD app for live tracking, delivery updates, safe place options, and collection point management.
Store Collections
We want to make sure our local customer base have access to these as well! To this end, we're withholding an allocation for 'in-person' pre-orders on Monday 8th. We're aiming to allow collection from our Café Storefront on the Launch Day, and details will be announced on our Facebook page closer to that time as well as announcements should we sell out of stock for local customers.
Monday 8th - Friday 19th
As we're a small team, it is likely that we'll all be in the warehouse ensuring your orders are packed! This may result in slight delays with customer services responses. To lessen the impact of this on yourself, please ensure that your contact details and delivery addresses are up to date on your orders.
