Tracking information is sent once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may be limited once the parcel has left the UK.
Yes. Some products are restricted for international delivery. Games Workshop products are only available for delivery within the UK and EEA. Aerosol products cannot be shipped internationally. Bulky products, including some game mats, may also be unavailable for international delivery.

No. Aerosol products, including spray primers and spray paints, cannot be shipped internationally because of carrier restrictions on pressurised goods.

If an order contains restricted products and the delivery address is outside the eligible shipping zone, those items may not be available at checkout.
The recipient is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost unless clearly stated during checkout or by the courier.
Prices displayed outside the UK are shown exclusive of VAT. Local taxes and duties are determined by the destination country’s customs authority when the order is imported.
No. Goblin Gaming has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are unsure about potential import charges, please contact your local customs office or postal authority before placing an order.
If an order is refused or unclaimed because customs charges are unpaid and it is successfully returned to Goblin Gaming, the value of the order may be refunded but the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If the parcel is held or destroyed by customs and is not returned, Goblin Gaming cannot issue a refund.
Yes, but if an order contains a pre-order, backorder or Stock Coming item, the order will not be dispatched until all items are available. Pre-orders are generally dispatched the day before release.
Goblin Gaming does not split or part ship orders by default. If you need available items sent separately, please contact Goblin Gaming. A second shipping charge may apply.
