International Shipping FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to a wide range of countries outside the UK. Shipping options and availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Are there any products that cannot be shipped internationally?

Yes. There are three restrictions that apply to international orders:

• Games Workshop products are only available for delivery within the UK and EEA (European Economic Area). Orders containing Games Workshop products cannot be shipped to destinations outside of this region.
• Aerosol products (including spray primers and paints) cannot be shipped internationally regardless of destination, due to shipping carrier restrictions on pressurised goods.
• Bulky products (some Game Mats) are ineligible for International Shipping entirely.
  

If your order contains restricted products and your delivery address falls outside the eligible shipping zone, those items will not be available at checkout.

What are the shipping costs for international orders?

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Will I be charged import taxes or customs duties?

Yes. All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

How do I find out what import charges I might owe?

We recommend contacting your local customs office or postal authority before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges. Import rules and thresholds vary by country.

Are prices shown in my currency inclusive of VAT?

Prices displayed outside the UK are shown exclusive of VAT (ex-VAT). Your local taxes and duties will be determined by your country's customs authority at the point of import.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?

If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges and is successfully returned to us, we will refund the value of the order but not the original shipping costs. Please note that successful return is not guaranteed as parcels may be held or destroyed by customs authorities, in which case we are unable to issue any refund.

How long will my international order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout. Please note that customs processing can add additional delays beyond our control.

Can I track my international order?

Yes. Tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once a parcel has left the UK.
