1. The Promoter
1.1This promotion is run by the Goblin Gaming Ltd. By entering the promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3Entrants must provide a valid UK delivery address to be eligible.
3. How to Enter
3.1To enter, customers must place a pre-order for Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon during the promotion period.
3.2The promotion opens on Saturday 6 June 2026 at 10:00am (GMT) and closes when the winner is drawn.
3.3One entry per person. Multiple pre-orders placed by the same individual will not increase the chance of winning.
3.4No purchase beyond the pre-order of Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon is necessary to enter. No cash alternative to entry is available.
4. The Prizes
4.1Three winners will be selected. The first-place winner will receive a full refund of their entire order value. The second and third-place winners will each receive a refund equal to the retail price of Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon only.
4.2Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the qualifying pre-order.
4.3Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
4.4The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday 26 June 2026.
5.2Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of pre-order within 5 working days of the draw date.
5.3If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
5.4The decision of the Promoter is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Data & Privacy
6.1Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
7. General
7.1The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, or incomplete due to technical faults.
7.2The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.4These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
