Delivery and Dispatch

Does Goblin Gaming offer free shipping?

Yes. Goblin Gaming offers free UK shipping on eligible orders over £75. Free shipping does not apply to aerosol products, bulky items or international orders. Shipping options and eligibility are confirmed at checkout.

When is the shipping cut-off?

The courier shipping cut-off is 1pm. DPD Next Day delivery requires your order to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. For Saturday delivery, DPD Saturday must be selected before 1pm on Friday.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout. Royal Mail 48 is a 2 to 3 working day service, Royal Mail 24 is a 1 to 2 working day service, and DPD services follow the selected checkout option and courier cut-off.

Do you offer same-day dispatch?

Goblin Gaming aims to dispatch eligible orders quickly, with same-day dispatch where this is shown or available. If a product is not shown as available for same-day dispatch, the product page will usually indicate the expected dispatch time.

Do you dispatch orders at weekends or on bank holidays?

No. Orders are not posted on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Delivery and dispatch timeframes should be treated as working days only.

Can bulky items be sent by Royal Mail?

No. Bulky items are not eligible for Royal Mail services and must be shipped by DPD. Some bulky items may also be unavailable for international delivery.

Can aerosol products be sent by normal delivery?

Aerosol products, including spray primers and spray paints, are restricted items. They can only be shipped within mainland UK and are not eligible for free shipping.

Returns and Refunds

What is the returns period?

Goblin Gaming offers a 60 day returns policy for eligible items. Returned items should be complete, unused, in good saleable condition and include the original packaging.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is being handled as a faulty, damaged or statutory rights issue.

What should I do if an item is faulty, damaged or missing?

Please contact Goblin Gaming support with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs are helpful for damaged or faulty items and may help resolve the issue more quickly.

When should I report damaged or missing goods?

Please check your order when it arrives. Missing or damaged goods should be reported to Goblin Gaming as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.

Stock, Backorders and Pre-orders

What does Stock Coming mean?

Stock Coming means the item is being ordered in from suppliers. It does not mean the item is currently ready to dispatch. Stock Coming usually indicates stock is expected sooner than an Available to Backorder item, although the difference can be small. Please contact Customer Support for arrival estimates.

What does Available to Backorder mean?

Available to Backorder means the item is not currently ready to dispatch but can be ordered. The order will be dispatched once the backordered item is available, unless a separate shipment is arranged with Goblin Gaming.

Will my order ship if it contains a pre-order item?

If your order contains a pre-order item, any in-stock items in the same order are allocated to you, but the order will not be dispatched until all pre-order and backordered items are in stock. Pre-orders are generally dispatched the day before release.

Can you split my order and send in-stock items first?

Goblin Gaming does not split or part ship orders by default. If you need available items sent separately, please contact Goblin Gaming. A second shipping charge may apply.

Can Goblin Gaming order a product that is not listed on the website?

Goblin Gaming may be able to order some unlisted products through its supplier network. Please contact support with the product details and the team will advise where possible.

Product Information

Are miniatures supplied painted or assembled?

Product images are for illustration only. Miniatures may be shown assembled or painted, but this does not mean they are supplied that way. Please check the product description and specifications for what is included.

Are pictured accessories included?

Accessories shown in product images are not included unless the product description or specification clearly states that they are included.

Ordering and Payment

Can I change my order after placing it?

Order changes may not be possible once an order has been confirmed and may cause additional charges or delays. Please contact Goblin Gaming as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

What payment methods are available?

Goblin Gaming accepts secure online payments, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna is also available at the checkout.
