"I have been using game air paints for many, many years in fact since there release date.
Vallejo game air paints are designed to work specifically with your airbrush and are pre thinned to spray straight out of the bottle ( however sometimes some dilution can help with paint flow out of smaller needle nozzle airbrushes) . Please don't let the fact there airbrush paints put you off from hand brush painting with them, as almost all the paints in the range hand brush beautifully!
The set contains 51 coloured paints
8 coloured primers
5 auxiliary products including matt varnish, satin varnish, gloss varnish, airbrush thinner and lastly Chipping medium.
The paints are all in 17ml dropper bottles and come in a super handy carry case.

So that's a total of 64 paints works out at about £2.30 each bottle, roughly 13p per ml. Plus free case
Games Workshop air paints are 24ml at £4.28 works out at 17p per ml.
It does not sound like a big difference but over 60 plus bottles it really adds up!
The huge benefit of Vallejo game air paints is they come in 17ml dropper bottles which is fantastic for getting the exact same amounts out the bottles every time. Pouring the paint into the airbrush cup is perfect!
Lets talk quality of paints shall we. Vallejo game air dry to a nice satin finish which is my preferred finish on most miniatures but with this set you have the option of spraying a varnish finish of your choosing.
Paints are thinner than your standard gw paints of course this is to help paint flow out of the airbrush. They still may need a little thinning out of smaller needle nozzle airbrushes or if in hot climates.
There is some stunning colours in this set and it covers most colours needed for painting minis and a huge amount of colour mixing opportunities.
The game air line has been designed specifically for the wargamer in mind, with bright and vibrant colours.
The only thing I would have liked to seen in this set is a larger bottle of airbrush thinner as 17ml is not much for a whole set of paints. But this can be easily rectified purchasing a larger bottle.
There is empty spaces in the case to add more paints from vallejo's other line of paints which is handy.
So to wrap up this set it's great value, comes in a super handy carry case and is absolutely perfect for airbrush and hand painting use*
I give it a solid 9.5 out of ten, it would have been a perfect score if not for the small size of airbrush thinner included.
*some paints like the yellows don't hand brush paint as well.
