Mastodon Super-heavy Assault Transports
This multipart plastic kit builds two Mastodon Super-heavy Assault Transports for your Legiones Astartes armies in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – Legions Imperialis. Protected by Void Shields, these massive war machines are the ultimate infantry carriers, capable of withstanding immense firepower as they deliver elite troops straight into the heart of battle. Their siege melta arrays are designed to obliterate bunkers but are equally effective against Knights and even Titans. In addition, each Mastodon mounts a skyreaper battery to deter enemy aircraft and sponson-mounted heavy flamers to clear entrenched infantry.
Assembly Options
The kit offers choices to arm your Mastodons with sponson-mounted heavy bolters or lascannons. The two top hatches can be modelled closed, or with one assembled open to feature a tank commander surveying the battlefield.
