Babylon is one of the more sedantry wrestlers in the Diamond Oasis, not a difficult feat when you're made from sand. This mobile Oasis makes for a great spot to have a nice lie down and rest in the middle of the ring.
Being made of fresh oasis water Babylon's able to give friendly wrestlers a Refresher, replenishing lost stamina or granting additional AP. Any friendly wrestlers taking a nap (or have been knocked down) next to Babylon have a nice breather recovering some stamina. Even their rope attack, Oasis Splash replenishes stamina to those they move through.
